Here is my save file that I have been working on for a few days. It is saved in the lobby right before you go up and use the Hotel Stairway Key to get up to the 3rd floor. I have attached a document on how to acquire each ending from where the game save starts. Also, you should be able to acquire the following achievements from this game as well:

Endings:

Free to Go - "Leave" ending
Second Best - "Maria" ending
Goodbye - "In Water" ending
Say Your Prayers - "Rebirth" ending
It All Makes Sense Now - "Dog" ending
Never to be Heard from Again - "UFO" ending

Gameplay:

Warp Speed - Complete in 3 hours or less
Playing on the Edge - Complete in 2 saves or less
Hard to Hit - Receive less than 500 points of damage
I.Q. Test - Complete Extra Riddle difficulty

You should be able to get some of the other achievements (Special Items, Boat Level, Specific kills). If not, just finish the game and start a new one. You should get the 10 Gold Star Rating allowing you to get the Green Hyper Spray Achievements.
